When I try to make a transaction, I get the No Quote Available message. What does this mean?

If the instrument in question is open for trading, but you still get this message, this means the instrument you have chosen has low liquidity level, i.e. there are very few, if any, trades made with this instrument at the moment, and its price is not changing. If this is the case, please try making your trade a bit later, when there is an available quote for it.


If you get this error message when trying to make a trade on any available instrument, please restart the platform and try again. If the issue persists, please do the following:

- When using web-based platform: Open your browser settings and clear cache/cookies, or try opening the platform in another browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

- When using mobile platform: Open your mobile app settings to clear cache. If this does not work, please delete the app and install it again.
