​What should I do if the system did not redirect me to the electronic wallet page to complete the payment?

This difficulty may be due to a local malfunction in the application. Please follow these steps:

2. Update the Libertex application to the latest version or use the browser version at app.libertex.org.

3. If you are using the browser version, clear your browser's cache or use Incognito mode.
