​What should I do if I am unable to make a deposit with a previously used card?

Please follow these steps: 

​1. Check the balance of the card and make sure there are enough funds for the transaction. Also, make sure the bank is not blocking the transaction (for example, due to set limits).

2. Update the Libertex app to the latest version or use the browser version app.libertex.org.

3. If you are using the browser version, clear your browser's cache or use Incognito mode.​ If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Support via online chat.
