What should I do if the funds have been debited from my card, but have not been credited to my trading account?

Typically, when making a deposit with a bank card, funds are credited to the trading account within a few minutes. Depending on the workload of payment systems, in some cases it may take a little longer.

If the funds do not appear on your balance, please follow these steps: ​

1. Log out and then log back into your Personal Account to force an update of the current balance.

2. Check all other existing accounts in your Personal Account (such as Libertex Portfolio or MetaTrader). It is possible that a different account was specified during deposit. In this case, you can make an internal transfer between your accounts in the "My Accounts" section.

3. In some cases, an additional verification is required for the payment to be credited. If additional data is required, you will be notified through notifications in your Libertex Personal Account and via email.
