What to do if the system does not allow making a deposit with a new card?​

Making a deposit using a new card may be difficult for the following reasons:

1. An error occurred on the side of the bank that issued the card. You need to contact the bank's support.

2. The limit of linked cards has been exceeded. You can link no more than 5 bank cards to your Personal Account. ​If you notice that the system does not allow you to enter the details of a new card - this may mean that the limit of linked cards has been exceeded. You can permanently delete outdated cards from your Personal Account by contacting the Support chat or by sending a request to delete the card to [email protected]. The request must include the last 4 digits of the card number that needs to be permanently deleted. Further replenishment or withdrawal of funds using the deleted card is not possible.
