What to do if I sent cryptocurrency to the wrong wallet?

When sending cryptocurrency, please exercise caution and carefully check the information. If you wish to deposit funds to your Bitcoin trading account, you should send Bitcoin, and if USDT ERC-20, then USDT ERC-20. The principle of matching the blockchain address of the sender and recipient applies to any cryptocurrency. Please remember that sending cryptocurrency is an irreversible action and requires accuracy.

If you suspect that you have made a mistake when sending cryptocurrency, please contact the operator or send an email to [email protected] with a detailed description of the situation. In your email, please specify the following information (in text format, not a screenshot):

- The amount and name of the cryptocurrency

- The sender's wallet address

- The recipient's wallet address

- The hash (TXID) of the transaction.

You can also attach a screenshot from your wallet showing a successful transaction. Our specialists will review the situation and provide a response within a reasonable time frame.
