I haven't traded for a long time and have forgotten my login details to my Libertex account. What should I do?

If you haven't traded for a long time and have forgotten your login data, you should first restore access to your Libertex account. You can restore access in several ways:

1. You can restore access on our website by clicking the ‘Restore Password’ button. You can use this option if:

-You remember the e-mail address you provided during registration

-You have access to mobile phone and the e-mail address indicated in your personal account

2. If you don't remember your e-mail address or if your telephone number or e-mail address has changed, you can restore access to your personal account using the feedback form.

After you restore access to your personal account, go to the My accounts section to see if you have any open accounts. Because you haven’t traded for a long time, the account may have been closed due to expiry.

If your account was closed, you can open a new one by clicking the ‘Create new account’ button.

If you have opened accounts, you can restore access to them by pressing the ‘Reset password’ button in the My accounts section near the password for your account. Alternatively, you can reset your password to the platform by using the feedback form.
