An SMS will be sent to your phone number with a code that you'll need to enter in the corresponding window:
After you enter the code, a password recovery link will be sent to your e-mail.
If you've forgotten your password to log into the trading platform, you can restore it in your account at any time. After logging into your Libertex account, go to the 'My accounts' section, select the appropriate account from the list and click 'Reset'.
After that, verification codes will be sent to your phone number and e-mail address.
If you can't recover your password on your own for some reason — for example, because you don't have access to your phone or you didn't receive a message with a verification code — you can request password recovery from support specialists by following the instructions below:
- If your trading account has real funds (not bonus funds) available or open trades, please send a request to the e-mail address on our Support Service's page that displays our contact information. Be sure to provide the series and number of your passport indicated during registration, as well as the exact dates and amounts of the last two non-trading operations to withdraw or deposit funds. If you can't provide this information, please attach a scan or high-quality photos of the pages of your passport specified during registration (pages with a photo, residence permit and signature). Be sure that they're in colour and good quality.
- If you don't have access to the e-mail address specified in your personal account, please send a request to the e-mail address on our Support Service's page that displays our contact information. Attach a scan or photos of the pages of your passport specified during registration (pages with a photo, residence permit and signature). Be sure they're in colour and good quality. In addition, attach a photo of yourself holding your passport open in your hand (your face, full hand and the passport number should be clearly visible in the photo).
Our specialists usually process such requests within 1-2 working days. When they've finished, an automatically generated password is sent to your e-mail.
