Why is my withdrawal request being manually processed?

Withdrawal requests to e-wallets and bank cards are usually processed instantly. You can view the standard withdrawal processing time for each payment method when making a withdrawal request.

However, in some cases, additional verification of such requests is required. This is to ensure the security of our clients' funds in their accounts.

If the request is to be processed manually, you will be notified when creating the request.

In addition, you'll receive an e-mail notification that the request will be processed manually.

Please note that the company acts in accordance with Appendix No. 2 'RULES OF NON-TRADING OPERATIONS' to the Agreement for International Financial Services "Non-Trading Operations Regulations" (clause 1.4): "The Company reserves the right to investigate the nature of any dubious Non-Trading Operations and to suspend such Operations until the identification of the reasons of their occurrence and the end of investigation".

A "dubious" transaction may take the form of, for example, authorising in the Client's personal account via an IP not previously used by the Client (another device or internet service provider) and creating a withdrawal request, in addition to many other reasons.

All the reasons for and details of these checks are not made public for security reasons. These types of withdrawal requests will be processed manually by the company's specialists. Such operations are generally executed within several business days.

Once the request has been processed by our specialist, it will appear in your Libertex account under Reports in the Payment History section.

We ask for your understanding with this measure and assure you that our aim is not to limit the speed of withdrawing our clients' funds but rather to guarantee maximum security when working with our company.
