What should I do if the money was debited from my electronic wallet, but not credited to my trading account?

Typically, payments from electronic wallets are credited to your trading account instantly. Depending on the workload of the payment systems, it may take a little longer in some cases. If the funds are not displayed on your balance - please follow these steps: ​

1. Log out and then log back into your Personal Account to force an update of the current balance.

2. Check all other existing accounts in your Personal Account (such as Libertex Portfolio or MetaTrader). It is possible that a different account was specified when depositing. In this case, you can make an internal transfer between your accounts in the "My Accounts" section.

3. In some cases, an additional check is required on our part to credit the payment. If additional data is required, you will be notified through notifications in the Libertex Personal Account and by email. It is recommended to carefully monitor incoming messages both when depositing funds and when withdrawing them.
