'Transfer to bank card' deposit method for Ukraine
- Log in to Libertex.
- Tap the 'Wallet' icon and tap 'Deposit' to proceed to select the trading account deposit method.
- From the 'Payment method' drop-down list, select the 'Transfer to bank card' payment method.
- Under 'Amount', select UAH as your currency and enter the deposit amount.
- Check that the information entered is correct and tap the 'Deposit' button. You'll then be redirected to the Growpay payment system's website.
In GrowPay, select the payment system and the issuer of the card you're using to deposit funds from the drop-down list.
Tap the 'Confirm' button, and a message asking you to confirm the transfer from the card of your chosen bank will appear. Tap 'Confirm' again.
To make a transfer from your card to a card on the Libertex app, copy your Libertex card number, as shown in the image below.
When depositing funds, you'll have 20 minutes to make the transfer.
Log in to your account with the bank that you specified in the request under 'Payment system'. Go to the transfers and payments section (the exact appearance of the screens and menu item names depends on the bank you have selected).
Select transfer to your bank's customer. Enter the recipient card number you specified on the last Growpay screen (i.e., the Libertex card number, see an example in the image above), tap 'Continue' and follow all the instructions to complete the transfer.
- The transfer must be made from the bank selected in the request.
- The amount of the transfer must be exactly the same as in the request.
- Leave the comment field blank.
Save the file with the transfer receipt.
Go back to the Growpay website. Make sure to attach the receipt you saved in the previous step or a screenshot of the transfer confirmation and tap the 'Payment completed' button.
You'll then be prompted to confirm that the payment has been completed. Tap the 'Payment completed' button.
The 'Payment in progress' message will appear. This message will be displayed for as long as your transfer status is being exchanged between Growpay and Libertex. Wait for the 'Payment successful' message to appear or tap 'Return to website'.
If you've made a transfer but didn't tap 'Payment completed' or tapped 'Cancel', report this to support (there's no need to create a new request).
Please don't deposit funds to your account using the previously issued details. A new request must be created to make a new deposit.
Payment processing may take a few minutes. Once the payment has been processed, the funds will be credited to the trading account.
Congratulations! You've completed the deposit to your trading account!
- The number of payments is unlimited.
- The minimum deposit is UAH 1,500.
- Conversion takes place at the company's internal exchange rate in effect at the time the funds are credited (the provisional rate at the time of creating the request).
- Payments are usually processed within 10 minutes.
- Transferring funds from other wallets and cards of payment systems is prohibited. The client is fully responsible for all risks and costs associated with the return of the payment sent from these cards.
