I cannot log into my account, the terminal says 'No connection'

There are a few possible reasons why this may be happening:


1. There is currently no internet connection;
​2. The login or password may have been entered incorrectly;
​3. The server may have been specified incorrectly. Please verify that the specified server matches your account number.

  • ForexClub-MT4 Real Server - for trading accounts from 700,000,000 to 709,999,999
  • ForexClub-MT4 Real 2 Server - for trading accounts from 710,000,000 to 719,999,999
  • ForexClub-MT4 Market Demo Server - for demo accounts from 770,000,000 to 779,999,999
  • ForexClub-MT4 Market Real Server - for trading accounts from 720,000,000 to 729,999,999
  • ForexClub-MT4 Market Real 2 Server - for trading accounts from 730,000,000 to 739,999,999
  • ForexClub-MT4 Market Real 3 Server - for trading accounts from 740,000,000 to 749,999,999
  • ForexClub-MT4 Market Real 4 Server - for trading accounts from 790,000,000 to 799,999,999

 

4. The antivirus software on your computer is preventing Metatrader from functioning. Windows Firewall may also be causing a block. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps: - Add MetaTrader4 to the list of approved programs - Access your account through the web version of the terminal using the link.
